PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal unit, or the like that utilizes radio waves from a positioning satellite for positioning, and can direct a reception antenna at the direction of a transmission source quickly. SOLUTION: There are provided a transmission source position information storage means for storing transmission source position information for indicating the positions of a plurality of transmission sources; a current position information generation means for generating current position information for indicating the current position of the terminal unit 20 based on a satellite signal S1, or the like; a proximity transmission source position information acquisition means for acquiring transmission source position information, for indicating the position of the transmission source that is the nearest to the terminal device 20 based on the current position information; a transmission source direction information generation means for generating transmission direction information for indicating the direction of the transmission source, based on the current position information and the transmission source position information acquired by the proximity transmission source position information acquisition means; a reception surface direction information generation means for generating reception surface direction information for indicating the direction of the reception surface; and a reception surface direction adjustment means for allowing the direction of the reception surface to coincide with that of the transmission source, based on the transmission source direction information and the reception surface direction information.
