PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a slider unit with a high precision in a short period, and improve its inspection efficiency. SOLUTION: A 1st and 2nd hollow magnets are arranged at upper and lower positions so as to be substantially aligned at their centers above the palette that stores slider units one by one, and the space of the predetermined interval between those hollow magnets is used for the inspection. The device is provided with a pickup moving up and down through the hollows of those magnets, which vertically moves between the space (inspection position) and the palette, thereby moving a slider unit from the palette to the inspection position.
