GENERATIONAL GARBAGE COLLECTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically adjust the virtual memory space size of each generation in generational garbage collection implemented on a computer system. SOLUTION: The preparation/initialization processing of a generational garbage collection environment is provided to acquire a single virtual memory space as the virtual memory space of whole generations, and to distribute the single virtual memory space for each generation so that the virtual memory space of each generation can be continuously arranged in the order of generations in the single virtual memory space.
