PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular multi-stage transmission for achieving a multi-stage structure while maintaining a step of a gear ratio at each gear stage in a well-balanced manner. SOLUTION: The following constitution makes it possible to provide the vehicular multi-stage transmission 14 for achieving the multi-stage structure while maintaining the step of the gear ratio at each gear stage in a well-balanced manner. The transmission has a first clutch C1 for selectively coupling a first intermediate output member 32 with a fourth rotary element RE4, a second clutch C2 for selectively coupling an input shaft 22 with a second rotary element RE2, a third clutch C3 for selectively coupling the first intermediate output member 32 with a first rotary element RE1, a fourth clutch C4 for selectively coupling the input shaft 22 with the first rotary element RE1, a fifth clutch C5 for selectively coupling a second intermediate output member 34 with the first rotary element RE1, a first brake B1 for selectively coupling the first rotary element RE1 to a transmission case 16, and a second brake B2 for selectively coupling the second rotary element RE2 to the transmission case 16.
