PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a rotating shaft without looseness with a short axial dimension of a bearing part. SOLUTION: A bearing part 2a is provided with a support hole 14 larger in diameter than the rotating shaft 6, and shaft supporting protrusions 15 projected toward the center from the peripheral edge of the support hole 14 are provided at three parts. Oblong holes 16 of circular arc shape are provided on the outer peripheral side rather than the support hole 14. Each oblong hole 16 and the support hole 14 constitutes a pair of bridge parts 17, 17 for supporting each shaft supporting protrusion 15 in a cantilever manner, and the rotating shaft 6 inserted in the support hole 14 is supported by each flexurally deformed shaft supporting protrusion 15 since each shaft supporting protrusion 15 supported to the pair of bridge parts 17, 17 are flexurally deformed in the oblong hole 16.
