PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner protector capable of easily attaching-detaching a body member to a side wall more than a conventional corner protector. SOLUTION: This corner protector 10 is fixed to the side walls 2a and 2b, and protects the corner. This corner protector 10 has the body member 20 and a pair of fixing members 40 and 50 fixing its body member 20 to the side walls 2a and 2b. The pair of fixing members 40 and 50 are put in a first state of engaging the wall side fixing member 40 with the body side fixing member 50 when the body member 20 slides downward, and are put in a second state of releasing engagement of the wall side fixing member 40 and the body side fixing member 50 when the body member 20 slides upward from its first state. A slide quantity of the body member 20 required for switching the fixing members 40 and 50 between the first state and the second state, is set smaller than the height of the body member 20.
