PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure of a building, which shows excellent seismic control performance. SOLUTION: In this seismic control structure 10 of the building, a face material 11 is stuck on shaft materials 12 and 13 so as to constitute a wall structure. A sheet-like seismic control material 14 with a thickness of 1 mm or more is interposed between the shaft materials 12 and 13, and the face material 11. The sheet-like seismic control material 14 is composed of a material with the characteristics of dynamic viscoelasticity in the temperature range of 5-30°C, in which a frequency is in the range of 0.1-10 Hz, in which a loss tangent is 0.4 or more, and in which a storage elastic modulus is 1×10<SP>5</SP>Pa or more.
