PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe jib mounting and dismounting device on/from a telescopic boom having excellent work efficiency by enabling overhanging and storing operation of a sheave means for mounting and dismounting jib arranged at a tip of the telescopic boom from below the tip of the telescopic boom. SOLUTION: This jib mounting and dismounting device for the mobile crane is provided with: a boom-jib connection means for connecting the tip of the telescopic boom 35 with a terminal of the jib 60 and releasing the connection; the sheave means 55 for mounting and dismounting jib provided with a sheave 80, which overhangs and stores the sheave in an upper part in front of the tip of the telescopic boom, and is arranged at the tip of the telescopic boom; and a wire locking part 67 arranged in an upper part of the jib terminal to lock a wire. By operating the sheave means 55 for mounting and dismounting jib from below the tip of the telescopic boom 35, the sheave 80 is overhanged and stored between an overhanging position and a storage position.
