PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform assembling work while maintaining mounting strength, in a structure in which a rocking arm such as a suspension arm or the like is mounted to a frame member of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A rocking support shaft 37 is relatively rotatably provided on a base end 34 of the rocking arm, e.g., the suspension arm 26 and a mounting boss part 83 is provided on the rocking support shaft 37. A bolt insertion hole 84 to which a bolt 80 can be inserted in a direction approximately perpendicular to the rocking support shaft 37 is provided on the mounting boss part 83. The rocking support shaft 37 is fastened to an arm mounting part 40 provided on the frame member 43 by the bolt 80 inserted to the mounting boss part 83.
