PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant rolling behavior in turning travelling even when a loading condition changes. SOLUTION: This suspension device for a vehicle is furnished with an actuator 7 free to adjust a rolling central position of front and rear wheels while maintaining car height and adjusts the rolling central position of the front and rear wheels by driving and controlling the actuator 7 in accordance with sprung mass and a center of gravity of sprung mass in stopping the vehicle. Concretely, target rolling center height Hc* necessary for a rolling moment M corresponding to turning lateral acceleration Yg to maintain a standard state is computed (step S8), and rolling centers Cf and Cr of the front and rear wheels are adjusted in the vertical direction of the car body by the actuator 7 so that a rolling shaft A passes the target rolling center height Hc* (step S10).
