PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse the impact load applied to a mounting part of a rear seat efficiently. SOLUTION: A left and a right seat rail member 17 with one-side ends coupled with rear side frames 3 and the other ends coupled with a rear cross member 13 and a center member 18 interposed across the vehicle width between the left and right seat rail members 17 for coupling them together are installed between the rear side frames 3 installed on the left and the right of the rear part of the vehicle body and the rear cross member 13 installed overhead in the vehicle width direction between the front ends of the two rear side frames 3, wherein the coupling position of the seat rail members 17 with the rear cross member 13 is set mating with the front end side mounting part of the seat rail mounted on the inside of the cabin, while the coupling position of the seat rail members 17 with the center member 18 is set mating with the front end side mounting part of the seat rail.
