PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize diameter growth of a tread part in an internal pressure filling time or a high-speed traveling. SOLUTION: Since the winding pitch P of a ribbon-like body 55 in the width direction both end parts 53 of a belt reinforcing layer is set larger than the winding pitch Q in the width direction central part 54 when the belt reinforcing layer (reinforcing ply 42) is formed by spirally winding the ribbon-like body 55, the portion having many number of lamination layers of the ribbon-like body 55 (portion of three layers) is narrower than the width direction central part 54 generated at the width direction both end parts 53 of the belt reinforcing layer, and the diameter growth of the tread part in the internal pressure filling time or the high-speed traveling can be equalized thereby.
