PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning work of a nozzle, to easily make application quantity of an adhesive to particulate material constant and to suppress aggravation of working environment. SOLUTION: A nozzle 25 is located in a stirring vessel 11 and an adhesive B is sprayed from the nozzle 25 onto the particulate material 71 agitated in the stirring vessel 11. In this adhesive applying method, after stopping spraying of the adhesive B from the nozzle 25, only air is made to blow off from the nozzle 25 to blow away the adhesive B remaining at a top end of the nozzle 25 with air then the nozzle 25 is moved outside the stirring vessel 11 and air is sprayed onto an top end outer surface of the nozzle 25. Thereby the adhesive stuck onto the top end outer surface of the nozzle 25 is blown away with air to attain cleaning. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
