PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise apparatus utilizing the finger tips of the hands under a game feeling, which is required for preventive care, anti-aging, activation of the brain, and senility prevention. SOLUTION: A jelly-like soft substance is injected in fabric bags made of various kinds of fabrics having various sizes. Then, the injected jelly-like soft substance is repeatedly moved by alternately pressing the parts of appliques by the tips of the thumb and other four fingers for the exercise of the fingers.
