PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety urine intake and draining tool for a patient preventing urine leakage of the patient, being sanitary and protecting the health sincerely. SOLUTION: An urine intake part 1 and a draining part 2 are integrated and attached to the patient's genital organs using elasticity of rubber. A storage place is installed in the front part of pants. A bag for storing the urine is put in the storage place and the urine is accumulated using the draining part 2. In sleeping, the integrated urine intake part 1 and the draining part 2 are attached to the patient's genital organs and the draining part 2 is used to be connected to an urine storage tank under a bed via a pipe.
