PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of wiring by making at least a part of a feeding line for a light emitting body be in common with other electric appliance. SOLUTION: A toilet seat 3 is a heated toilet seat and a heater 5 is laid along a ceiling surface inside. In order to transmit the heat of the heater 5 to the entire seat surface, a sheet-like heat transmitting body 6 composed of the metal foil of aluminum or the like is stuck to the ceiling surface. To an energizing control circuit 10, a lead wire 17, a third LED 8, a lead wire 18, the heat transmitting body 6 and a lead wire 19 are serially connected. The lead wires 11, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 19 are inserted to a hinge part 3a. The number of the lead wires inserted to the hinge part 3a is small. Since the middle part of the lead wires 18 and 19 for energizing the LED 8 is substituted by the heat transmitting body 6, the lead wires wired inside the toilet seat 3 can be a small quantity.
