PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement system of biological information which is light in weight and small-sized compared to a conventional one and can keep power supply for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The optical measurement system of biological information is provided with a light irradiating and receiving part for irradiating a subject with light and receiving the light which has passed through the subject, and a contact part for improving optical connection between the light irradiating and receiving part and the subject and controlling the temperature of a measured object or the vicinity. The contact part controls the temperature of the measured object or the vicinity by at least one of exothermic reaction or endothermy by chemical reaction with air, light and substances such as human body tissue components, the exothermic reaction or the endothermy by its own state change, the exothermic reaction or the endothermy by the chemical reaction of components contained in itself, the temperature change of the subject itself by the change of the physical state of the subject, and the temperature change by the conversion of the energy of the light emitted by an optical means to heat energy.
