PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement regulator for smoothly taking a drawer in and out without narrowing a storage space, and the drawer. SOLUTION: The movement regulator is composed of a belt-like fluff body 20 and is arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the fluff body 20 is extended along the rear wall 15 of a lower stage drawer 14. In a state of projecting the end side in a transverse direction of the fluff body 20 upwards from the rear wall 15, the proximal end side in the transverse direction of the fluff body 20 is made attachable to the rear wall 15.
