The invention concerns an individual portable device (1) for eye bath, comprising a reservoir (2) for a sterile liquid provided with a neck (3), a removable cap (4) and an eye cup (5) associated operatively with the reservoir; the eye cup (5) belongs to an insert (6) internal to the reservoir and to the neck and secured to the reservoir by assembling means (7); the neck comprises at least one axially elastically deformable part (8), capable of occupying an axially extended position, wherein the deformable part (8) has a maximum axial length and encloses the eye cup (5) and the cap closes the neck so that the entire eye cup is in contact with the sterile liquid, and a retracted position, wherein, the cap being removed, the deformable part can be axially retracted to release the eye cup (5) such that the device may be used to bathe one eye; the eye cup being maintained in sterile conditions until the device is used.
