A data reproducing method, a data reproducing apparatus, a data recording method, a record apparatus and a record medium are provided to simultaneously record a lot of video stream data and reproduce a plurality of videos at the same time. A primary video and a secondary video, included in data stored in a record medium or a storage unit, are reproduced. According to reproduction management data included in the data, a sub title related to the secondary video to be reproduced is identified and then reproduction state information related to the sub title is stored. The secondary video is reproduced on the primary video according to the reproduction management data. A sub title correspondent to the reproduction management data is reproduced on the secondary video. The reproduction management data includes graphic or text sub-title stream numbers.
