An electron emission display device having a low resistance spacer and a method of fabricating the same are provided to suppress distortion of electrons by forming a low resistance spacer on an auxiliary electrode. An electron emission substrate(100) includes at least one electron emission element(160). An auxiliary electrode(180) is formed on a region except for an electron emission element region of the electron emission substrate. An image forming substrate(200) includes an image forming part corresponding to the electron emission elements. A low resistance spacer(320) is installed between the auxiliary electrode and the image forming substrate in order to maintain a gap therebetween. The low resistance spacer includes a conductive material.
