A roof rail of a vehicle is provided to prevent abrasion of paint generated when a lever is excessively pulled back. A roof rail of a vehicle comprises a side bar(10), a cross bar(20), a housing(30), a lever(40), a fixing pin, a spring, a cable, and an angle control unit(80). A fixing hole is formed in the side bar. The cross bar transversely crosses the side bar. Both ends of the cross bar are inserted into the housing. The lever is engaged with the housing so as to be rotated about a pin. A stroke hole is recessed in the lever. The position of the fixing pin is fixed by catching the fixing pin on the fixing hole of the side bar. The spring urges the fixing pin. The cable is engaged with the rear end of the fixing pin and is inserted into the stroke hole of the lever by a cable holder. The angle control unit controls the rotation angle of the lever. A control boss(82) is protruded inward to a position restricting the rotation range of a cam boss.
