An air damper for a grove box for a vehicle is provided to shorten the work time by efficiently and conveniently performing a work of connecting the damper and the grove box. An air camper for a grove box for a vehicle comprises a hollow body(10), a piston member(20), a connection piece(30), a wire(40), a fixing pin(50), a plug(60), and a spring(70). The piston member is operated in the interior of the body in the state in which the piston member is sealed by a ring. The connection piece is engaged with the piston member. One end of the wire is fixed to the connection piece. The fixing pin is fixed to an end of the wire and is inserted into and hung by a hole of the grove box. The plug closes an opening of the body and a wire penetrates the plug. The spring is installed between the plug and the connection pin to return the piston member. A pulley pin is installed in the connection piece and the fixing end of the wire is fixed by the plug. One of the wire is fixed to the fixing pin, with the wire being hung by the pulley pin.
