A barge for constructing a levee protector using a water interrupting net is provided to introduce stones for constructing the levee protector into the water by using the water interrupting net, thereby preventing water pollution caused by stones. A barge for constructing a levee protector using a water interrupting net includes a barge body(10), a water shielding net accommodating section(20), four water interrupting net hangers(30), and a pair of dumps(40,50). The barge includes an introduction guide plate. The introduction guide plate is slidably mounted to an opening on the lower side of the water interrupting net accommodating section to support the water interrupting net on the lower side and to fill stones. The introduction guide plate is moved forward and rearward by a drive unit to open and close the water interrupting net accommodating section and to support the water interrupting net so that the water interrupting net can fall.
