CARBON DIOXIDE SEPARATOR WITH SPRAY

摘要

A carbon dioxide separating system with a water injection part is provided to improve the removal ratio of carbon dioxide by creating a condition that a regenerated solid absorbent can adsorb carbon dioxide sufficiently in a absorption reactor. A carbon dioxide separating system(100) with a water injection part comprises: an absorption reactor(110) for creating a condition that carbon dioxide contained in flue gas is adsorbed onto a solid absorbent; a regenerating reactor(120) for creating a condition that carbon dioxide is separated from a carbon dioxide adsorbed solid absorbent; and a water injection part(200) for spraying water onto the regenerated solid absorbent while transferring a regenerated solid absorbent regenerated in the regenerating reactor to the absorption reactor. The water injection part is installed within the absorption reactor to spray water onto the regenerated solid absorbent transferred from the regenerating reactor to the absorption reactor. The regenerated solid absorbent is cooled through a heat exchanger(160) while the regenerated solid absorbent regenerated in the regenerating reactor is transferred to the absorption reactor.
