摘要 An electric energy saving apparatus is provided to reduce an amount of an energy usage by checking a demand of maximum load of an injection machine by a specific period. An AC is inputted in a constant voltage regulator(21) to output two DC currents with 12V and 5V respectively. One DC with 12V is inputted in a voltage/current converter(5) and a part of the DC is inputted to an inverter(12) through 4-20MA output circuit(11), so that a proper voltage is inputted in a hydraulic motor(15). When an abnormal state occurs in an operation amplifier(18), an error detection circuit(13) transmits the state to the inverter and operates a bypass circuit(19). After returning to a normal state, an AC voltage is inputted in the Voltage/current converter through an AC amplifier and a voltage converter. A part of the voltage from an error contact output(14) is inputted to the bypass circuit and then is inputted in the hydraulic motor. The other DC with 5V is inputted to an AC amplifier and a voltage converter as a power source. The part of the DC is inputted to the inverter through the 4-20MA output circuit(11). The current detected at an current detector(16) is inputted to the AC amplifier and the voltage converter through a current input unit(17). The inputted current is converted through the voltage/current converter and is circulated.
