<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a rodlike wrapped bean jam food in which an inside ingredient is all around wrapped up by an outside ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for forming the food is equipped with an outer pipe 2 which supplies the outside ingredient 9, an inner pipe 3 which is positioned inside the outer pipe and supplies the inside ingredient 10, a valve 6 which is positioned at an exit end 3a of the inner pipe inside the outer pipe and stops supply of the inside ingredient, and a cutting device 8 which is positioned on a downstream side of the valve in a direction of traveling of the outside ingredient, wherein the cutting device is interlocked so as to conduct a cutting operation, when a part of the wrapped bean jam food in which the inside ingredient does not exist reaches a position of the cutting device, by stopping the supply of the inside ingredient 10 with the valve 6 in a state of continuing supply of the outside ingredient 9, so that the rodlike wrapped bean jam food 11 in which the inside ingredient is all around wrapped up by the outside ingredient is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
