<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that rigidity of a separator deteriorates when the separator made of metal plate or the like is thinned, a local deflection is generated when load is added in lamination direction by forming a stack, a fluid passage formed between the separator and a cell is deformed, and gas sealing property is deteriorated to deteriorate battery performance. <P>SOLUTION: Protrusion parts 26 facing adjacent cell face are formed on the separator 10 so as to locate at outer area of a manifold hole 12. Fold-back piece parts 12t, formed at an opening-shaped inside area of the manifold hole in advance, are formed integrally with the separator on the protrusion parts. Rigidity at peripheral part of the manifold hole is improved by the protrusion parts, and deformation of the shape of flow path cross section is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
