<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point electronic conference system capable of reporting the state of an electronic conference a user has not attended or has left in mid-course to the user. <P>SOLUTION: When a multi-point electronic conference is held through a plurality of communication terminals, the user who has not attended or has left in mid-course the conference is stored, and when the state of the electronic conference is changed (at the end scheduled time of the electronic conference, at the end of the electronic conference, at the time of participation request, and at the time of entrance/mid-course leaving/re-entrance of another user), or at a preset time (a periodic contact interval such as every 30 minutes after starting the non-attendant conference or after leaving the attendant conference) the state of the electronic conference the user has not attended or has left in mid-course (ongoing, ongoing with extension, end, participation request, entrance/mid-course leaving/reentrance of another user) is reported to this user by mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
