<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a data processor or a device to automatically delete a resource downloaded to the device under specified deletion conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The use state of the resource read out of a resource holding section 204A that a resource management section 204 manages and downloaded to the device 103 is acquired from the device 103.
