PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying laser beam oscillating device, and a beam oscillating laser machining apparatus capable of attaining excellent machining characteristics by oscillating the laser spot at the predetermined angle with respect to the tangential direction of the straight or curved machining line autonomously and singly by a laser beam oscillating means to form the symmetric laser irradiation locus on both sides of the machining line without any communication with a beam control means of the copy control of laser beams on the machining line on a workpiece in the laser beam machining.

SOLUTION: The copying laser beam oscillating device has a moving speed detection means for detecting only the moving direction or the moving direction and the speed (the moving speed) of a laser beam machining nozzle 7 relative to a workpiece W when the laser beam machining nozzle 7 for emitting laser beams LB on the workpiece W along the machining line, and oscillates the laser beams LB at the predetermined angle with respect to the machining line according to only the moving direction or the moving speed.
