COMMON ELECTRODE PANEL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY INCLUDING THE PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common electrode panel, a liquid crystal display including the panel, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The common electrode panel includes a first substrate, a color filter formed on the first substrate and formed with a light hole, a common electrode formed on the color filter and into the light hole, and a first insulating film formed on the common electrode formed in the light hole. A reflective region is compartmentalized to two regions. The same pixel voltage as that of the transmissive region is applied to one thereof and a voltage smaller than the pixel voltage is applied to the other thereof, as a result of which the gamma curve of the reflective region can be approximated to the gamma curve of the transmissive region while cell spacing is substantially made the same.
