PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve flatness of reproduction frequency characteristics by effectively increasing an internal loss of a speaker diaphragm and to enhance mold-release characteristics from a metal die in manufacturing the diaphragm. SOLUTION: First, a diaphragm substrate is formed in a multi-foam structure by heating a fabricated body 47 comprised of micro mica pieces, pulp fibers and polyvinyl alcohol fibers. And then a sheet body 48 is combined with the diaphragm substrate or the fabricated body 47 formed in the multi-foam structure, thereby obtaining an acoustic diaphragm having the multi-foam structure.
