PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone with the less number of components allowing a reduction in the assembling man-hours and the material cost. SOLUTION: The headphone includes: a first fixed part 111 provided to one of a head band 59 and a housing 53 and fixing a cord 221; a second fixed part 161 provided to the other and fixing the cord 221; a first guide 201 provided at a part of a side provided with the second fixed part 161 and apart from a straight line passing through the first fixed part 111 and in parallel with a slide direction of the housing 53, with which a circumferential face of the cord 221 between the first and second fixed parts 111, 161 is pressed into contact and deforming the cord 221 such that the side of the first fixed part 111 is deformed to be nearly a convex U shape when he housing 53 approaches the head band 59; and a second guide 211 provided at a side provided with the second fixed part 161 and guiding the cord 221 in a direction along with the first guide 201.
