PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay profile measurement method and apparatus capable of enhancing the analysis accuracy of a radio wave receiving state and a radio wave propagation state by increasing the resolution of a delay profile with respect to the measurement of the delay profile of a terrestrial digital broadcast wave. SOLUTION: In the delay profile measurement apparatus, a reception antenna section 100 receives consecutive terrestrial digital broadcast waves of a plurality of channels, an SP carrier information extraction section 500 extracts SP carrier information of each channel from demodulation data, a delay profile calculation section 800 uses the SP carrier information of each channel to calculate the delay profile depending on many FFT points than those of prior arts. Since a value of the resolution (Δt) of the delay profile is decreased more than that of prior arts, that is, the resolution of the delay profile can be increased, the task above can be solved.
