PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency filter that can be downsized. SOLUTION: The high frequency filter is configured such that a ground layer, a dielectric layer, and a wiring layer are laminated in this order, the wiring layer has a stub and a transmission line, and the dielectric layer part between the stub and the ground layer in the dielectric layer between the wiring layer and the ground layer has a higher dielectric constant than the dielectric constant of the dielectric layer part between the transmission line and the ground layer.
