PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialing device and its communication method that are suitable to safety confirmation and crime prevention systems for, for example, the aged person and communication services using a magnetic card etc., and can provide new communication services for transmission and reception sides while the dialing device is made compact and lightweight and convenience of handling and use of it is improved. SOLUTION: The dialing device is provided which has a CPU 16 capable of inputting and registering a telephone number and is enabled to output a predetermined registered telephone number to a telephone line in accordance with an input signal.
