PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a correction table for allowing a user to obtain a wider dynamic range. SOLUTION: When creating the correction table corresponding to B, an approximate straight line is calculated from a relationship between an actual measurement value and an ideal value of a CCD for B in a state that an LED optical source corresponding to B is lit monochromatically. Next, an approximate curved line is calculated from a relationship between an actual measurement value and an ideal value of the CCD for B in a state that an LED optical source corresponding to G is lit monochromatically. An approximate curved line is calculated from a relationship between an actual measurement value and an ideal value of the CCD for B in a state that an LED optical source corresponding to R is lit monochromatically.
