PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish temporal synchronization between both data in a system for recording a measurement data and an image. SOLUTION: A sensor output obtained by a sensor 10 is supplied to a data recorder 12. The data recorder 12 samples the sensor output using a sampling clock generated by a sampling clock source 14, and stores into a measurement data storage 18. Meanwhile, the image imaged by a video camera 20 is supplied to an image recorder 22. The image recorder 22 converts the imaged image into a JPEG image, and stores into an image storage 32. The sampling clock is also supplied to a time information buffer/counter 30 of the image recorder 22, in which time information synchronized with the sampling timing is generated and attached to the JPEG image.
