PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cache system for easily deciding the hit of a reading address. SOLUTION: A data storage part 15 stores data from a storage device 3 in a plurality of storage regions to be specified by unique identification numbers. A management information storage part 11 stores the corresponding relation of the addresses and identification numbers of data stored in the data storage part 15 or during storage processing and effective display information showing whether or not the storage of the data storage part has been completed for every identification number. A refill processing part 14 determines a designated storage region as a storage region where the data of a new address supplied from a processor part 2 should be stored, and supplies a signal to request the output of the data of the new address to the storage device. When the identification number of the designated storage region is supplied, a test part 17 decide whether or not the effective display information of the identification number of the designated storage region is valid, and supplies a signal to request the output of the data in the designated storage region to the data storage part when the effective display information is effective.
