PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case panel in which a display image is kept even in a non-power supply state, and which can be replaced by a user with excellent operability during replacement, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The case panel 31 is mounted on a main body of the electronic apparatus (mobile telephone set) 20 so as to be removable, and comprises: a display means 310; electrodes on a panel side 334a to 334c; and a drawing signal supply means 330. In the display means 310, an image is drawn by receiving supply of a drawing signal and an image display state is kept even in the non-power supply state. The panel side electrodes 334a to 334c are provided corresponding to body side electrodes of a main body of the electronic apparatus 20. The drawing signal supply means 330 supplies the drawing signal to the display means 310 based on the signal received from the main body via the panel side electrode when mounted on the main body of the electronic apparatus 20.
