PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable being made small in size and low in cost. SOLUTION: The display device includes: a main display panel 1 equipped with a first effective display element 6A composed of a plurality of display pixels PX; a sub-display panel 2 equipped with a second display element 6B composed of a plurality of pixels X and arranged on the rear surface side of the main display panel 1; and a flexible printed circuit board FPC for connecting the main display panel 1 and the sub-display panel 2. The flexible printed circuit board FPC includes: a first wiring group G1 connected to a plurality of scanning lines arranged along the column direction of the the display pixels in the second display element 6B; and a second wiring group G2 connected to a plurality of scanning lines arranged along the column direction of the the display pixels in the second display element 6B.
