PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a lens barrel unit in an optical axis direction without spoiling dust-proofing property. SOLUTION: The lens barrel unit has: a dust-proofing member 114a positioned at the edge of a lens barrel 114, constituted integrally with the lens barrel 114, coupled with a lens holding part through a coupling part and having shape extended in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis; and a lens barrel cover 119 arranged at the edge of the lens barrel 114, equipped with an aperture part for photography, and also having shape extended to be nearly flush with the dust-proofing member 114a.
