PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor being capable of being easily fixed surely to a basic material such as a foundation, a wall, a column or the like formed of concrete, mortar, a block or the like by a simple constitution and having superior workability while being capable of being firmly fixed to the basic material without jointly using an adhesive, having superior reliability, being capable of surely clamping the basic material and a substance to be fixed and having a high pull-out strength and an excellent durability. SOLUTION: The anchor has a collar section formed on an outer periphery at the upper end of a buried section, a central through-hole bored in parallel in the longitudinal direction of an axial center at the central section of the buried section and a female screw section formed on the upper-end side of the central through-hole. The anchor further has the female screw section for a fixation formed on the lower-end side of the central through-hole and a diameter shrinking section formed in a tapered shape by a diameter shrinkage towards a lower section on the lower-end side of the buried section. The anchor further has an annular fixing member disposed on the lower-end side of the diameter shrinking section and a diameter-expanding means screwed to the female screw section for the fixation and abutted and disposed to the underside of the annular fixing member.
