PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection construction method and a chemical injection system which cut down costs required for improving the ground by reducing an amount of use of a chemical while maintaining a ground improvement effect. SOLUTION: A liquid feeding circuit 7 comprises a water storage tank 2 which stores water for diluting the chemical into one having a given concentration, a chemical mixer 3 which adjusts the concentration of the chemical to a given concentration, using water supplied from the water storage tank 2, and stores the adjusted chemical, an injection pipe 4 which delivers the chemical to the ground at a given depth, and an injection hose 5 which is connected to the chemical mixer 3 and to the injection pipe 4 via liquid feeding pumps 6 and sends the chemical from the chemical mixer 3 to the injection pipe 4. An air bubble generating unit 10, which generates air bubbles, is connected to the liquid feeding circuit 7 to supply the circuit 7 with air bubbles generated by the bubble generating unit 10, so that air bubbles are mixed into the chemical and the chemical containing air bubbles is injected into the ground.
