PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that pigment treated with an acylated amino acid has an excellent feel in application to the skin in a dry state, however, when the skin is wet with sweat or sebum, the pigment abruptly gets high friction, squeaks on the skin and unevenly attached to the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises pigment obtained by coating the surface of pigment with an acylated amino acid zinc salt, further with one or more treatment agents selected from a methylhydrogenpolysiloxane, a dimethylpolysiloxane-methylhydrogenpolysiloxane copolymer, trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, fluorine-substituted trimethylsiloxysilicic acid and an organic titanate and heating and drying the coated pigment to give treated pigment that suppresses an abrupt friction change with sweat and sebum while leaving adhesivity and feel of acylated amino acid, has excellent adhesivity to the skin, a smooth feel and makes pore and texture inconspicuous by including the treated pigment.
