PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film winding body having excellent posture stability and enabling easy and highly efficient disposal of used cores. SOLUTION: In the adhesive film winding body in which an adhesive film 14 is wound around a cylindrical core 12, a relationship of compression load f<SB>1</SB>[N/mm] at the time of 50% deformation of the inner diameter r of the core 12 of the adhesive film winding body and the outer diameter R [mm] of the adhesive film winding body satisfies 0.005≤f<SB>1</SB>/R≤0.020.
