PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate a swing shaft part of a trailing arm at a high place, while fastening the swing shaft part to a rear side frame with a bolt. SOLUTION: The swing shaft part of the trailing arm 11 is mounted on the rear side frame 2 by interposing a bracket 17. The bracket 17 has a lower end flange 17a. The bracket 17 in relation to the rear side frame 2 and therefore the swing shaft part of the trailing arm 11 are positioned by inserting the bracket 17 stored with the swing shaft part in the rear side frame 2 from a lower side through an opening 12 of the rear side frame 2 and making a lower end flange 17a of the bracket 17 abut on a bottom wall 2a of the rear side frame 2. A spacer 26 is interposed in a gap between the bracket 17 and the rear side frame 2. The spacer 26 is welded on a side wall 2c of the rear side frame 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
