PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique early exhibiting output in an emergency. SOLUTION: In the control device of a flying machine, when two units of engines are in normal state, the thrust of an air frame and an attitude control are performed by a uniform output of both engines, and when one of two engines fails to operate properly, the thrust of the air frame and the attitude are controlled by increasing the output of the other normal engine up to the output in the emergency. When one engine fails to operate properly, the output of the engine used for the thrust of the air frame and the attitude control is reduced lower than the output of engine used when two engines are in normal state until the other normal engine can output the output in the emergency.
