PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quilt of a three-dimensional gored structure having a heat retaining property and bulkiness. SOLUTION: In the interior of a quilt formed by sewing the peripheries of a cover side fabric and a back side fabric, a plurality of triangular prism chambers formed of longitudinal/lateral gusset fabrics in the longitudinal/lateral directions and having the apexes set in contact with the front side fabric, right pyramid chambers formed in intersecting parts of the longitudinal triangular prism chambers and the lateral triangular prism chambers and trapezoidal chambers formed in spaces surrounded by the triangular prism chambers and having areas of side faces of the cover side fabrics larger than those of the side faces of the back side fabrics are defined and partitioned in a side face vies structure of the quilt with the cover side fabric lying in the upper side.
